Your satisfaction with your purchase from SALT is very important to me. If you have any concerns or questions about your product please be in touch. Due to the handmade nature of this work and given that each piece is unique, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully while completing your purchase. 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC packages ship USPS Priority Mail. An email will be sent with your tracking number when your package ships. 

INTERNATIONAL packages ship USPS/UPS/FedEx depending on rates. International customers please consider your country's customs/fees/duties/tariffs/taxes before ordering. SALT is not responsible for any additional shipping/receiving fees.

 

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office for assistance. SALT is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, or lack of claim on the part of the purchaser, a refund will not be issued. Purchaser will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.

SALT is not able to accept wholesale offers at this time. If you live locally, please contact me directly for information on consignment.
